We do not send samples. We receive over dozens of
requests a week and would be
out of business if we accommodated all the sample
requests. We keep our costs
down so that we may pass them on to you. Sending
samples would force us to raise
prices. We don't want to do that. All items are
clearly pictured and described for you
to make an educated decision.

not accept purchase orders.

Colors are listed on the drop down menus on each
item's order page.
We don't show most colors on line simply because
they will not match from computer monitor
to monitor (like a TV screen), and we do not want
to mislead you into thinking the color of
the item or ink will match what you see on your
Quantity ordered is what you will receive. If
there is an overrun the extra items are yours to keep
at no additional cost.
Can we get your order to you in time? Each item has the production time listed
right near the
shopping cart button at the bottom of the
page. The production time is the time required to
produce the item and this does not include
shipping time which can be from 2-5 days after that.
How few can you order? The absolute minimums are clearly listed on each page. We
ship less than the absolute minimum.
Many quantities have been lowered drastically from
standard minimums to accommodate
smaller events. But the absolute minimum is just that.
Discounts for Charities or
Our pricing is what you see
on line. In many cases we are below wholesale and beat the pricing
of all trade printers who only sell to
other printers. We don't bid on jobs or offer any other
discounts other than our usual sales and
specials. Please don't ask us for special pricing.

snail mail us for charity donations. We have our own
charities that we donate to. And honestly,
we cannot respond to all the charity
requests we receive on a daily basis.
