Flood coating is the process where we take a blank sheet of paper and coat the whole top side so it appears as a specific color background. For instance, if you would like blue paper, we will flood coat the white stock with blue ink at 20% coverage and it would appear as blue paper. The reverse side would be white. As a result, the pads will be 1/8" shorter per pad on each side, to allow for cutting.
